Anticamente la casa era il laboratorio di un fabbro con la sua piccola abitazione adiacente. Ristrutturata di recente in chiave contemporanea è diventata una residenza su due piani di circa 80 mq. Al piano terra si trova la zona living con il tavolo da pranzo, la cucina, i servizi ed una dispensa per i vini, raggiungibile da una scaletta in legno a gradini sfalsati. Una seconda scala in ferro nero, conduce al soppalco intermedio dove è organizzato lo studio. La balaustra diventa il piano di lavoro e si affaccia dalla doppia altezza. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto con bagno interno. I pavimenti sono in cemento resinato e parte con mattonelle in pastina di cemento di recupero; il piano superiore è rifinito con parquet. Particolari gli arredi vintage, l'illuminazione degli ambienti e i quadri di arte contemporanea di un giovane artista-designer siciliano.
