ELEGANT 1+1 apartment with a hot tub

Important note: Guys, I haven't been able to respond to the comments due to a busy schedule at the moment. That's why I'm leaving a note here. Regarding the last negative comment, the guest said that the hot tub wasn't working. The hot tub is working just fine. The guest doesn't know how to operate the hot tub, and they say there's no hot water. They should have called me and told me about the hot water situation, and I would have explained it to them. The boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the floor will get dirty.
