Vierasmaja is in a wonderful location on the shore of Lake Päijänne. You have access to a cozy room with its own entrance, a covered terrace with tables, a barbecue, a shower, a toilet, and a private swimming area. It is possible to rent a wonderful wood-fired lakeside sauna with a beautiful beach and shore rocks. Great views for the eyes to feast on. In winter, you can access the ice from the yard and the open water. Nearby are nature trails, Himos, Saunakylä, the old church of Petäjävesi, and the Aalto Museum. A short distance to the main road and the bus stop; you can also get there by public transport.

Sauna cabin by the lake on the beach

This small, atmospheric sauna cabin on the shore of a clear-water lake offers a wonderful escape from everyday life. There is a sandy beach and a swim dock on the property. You'll also have access to a sauna, a rowing boat, and an outdoor terrace for cooking and dining. The sauna cabin has a fireplace, so you can stay overnight even in cooler weather. There is space for four people to stay: two sleeping places in the loft and a sofa bed that can be pulled out downstairs. An outdoor toilet can be found behind the sauna room. Electric vehicle charging is available during your stay at €0.35/kWh, Type 2.

Hirsimökki Hietanen

Hietanen is a log building made for summer use, which moved to Hietasalmi, a peninsula between two lakes, in the 1970s. At the tip of the peninsula there is a sandy beach. The forest areas around the plot belong to the Vehkala farm. The terrain is undulating, small-scale moraine land, which in some places changes into rock or wetter depressions. Nearby you will find all types of forests. There is no real swamp in the area. A boat route runs through the strait from Vesantojärvi towards Rautalammi. The water is particularly good for canoeing.

Sunset lakefront old-growth forest guesthouse

This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( e.g indoor WC and shower). It is located in the middle of old-growth forests, in a private bay & a calm lake with sunset view. A place, is meant to “adopt the pace of nature”, offers real retreat from hectic life. The rate includes use of hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (May to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

Spacious, peaceful and comfortable accommodation in our charming guest house: a perfect spot for a relaxing stay, whether for holiday or work. Just a few steps from the shores of Päijänne and a 15 minute walk to the village centre. Feel the calm in light, airy rooms - some with views of the lake and adjacent 1870s main house. Plus, the beach sauna can be booked separately. Himos resort is 20 minute drive. Bookings available for 1-4 guests. Free parking is on site, as well as a boat berth.

Pihakammari (uninhabitable)

Pihakammari (kokonaisuus on yksi huone 16m2) sijaitsee Alvar Aallon kotikontujen ja muutamien hänen kohteiden lähipiirissä. Kammarin vuodesohva on 140 leveä. Huoneessa oleva keittiötila on varustettuna astioilla, kahvin- ja vedenkeittimellä ja mikrolla, liedellä sekä jääkaapilla. Aamiaistarvikkeet ovat sinua varten, ole hyvä. Perinteinen suomalainen pihasauna vuokrattavissa kesällä, josta myös uintimahdollisuus järveen. Kammarissa ei ole wifiä. Kokonaisuus on kompakti yksi huone 16m2.

Saharanta sauna cottage

Saharanta sauna cottage welcomes you to the countryside of beautiful Central Finland! Our sauna cottage is a pleasant little cabin by the lake Keitele in Konginkangas. It has one main room with a dining table, fridge, a microwave, an electricity stove and a kettle. The sleeping room upstairs is open space with the main room. Our 5-member family (and a friendly dog and 2 cats) is living in the mainhouse at the same garden. Your private toilet and shower are located in the main house.

Close to good transportation. Located near a major highway. Free parking and a large yard, so you can easily come with a larger car. Good bus routes. About 20 minutes from the center of Jyväskylä. The bus stop is a couple of minutes away from the accommodation. Jyväs Linkki route 22. Good outdoor terrain.

A small, quiet studio apartment near the city centre

Valoisa ja viihtyisä yksiö kahdelle rauhallisella omakotitaloalueella vain 2,5 km Jyväskylän keskustasta ja Paviljongilta. Keskustaan pääsee helposti myös kävellen Jyväsjärven kaunista rantareittiä pitkin. Ulkoilureitit ovat aivan lähellä. Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, oma kylpyhuone, pesukone sekä maksuton pysäköinti aivan sisäänkäynnin läheisyydessä. Sopii erinomaisesti niin tapahtumavieraille, työmatkalaisille kuin kaupunkiin tutustuville.

A classy place by the house. Inside you have compact area with a sofa/bed (3x3m). On the big patio you can grill. You can use the sauna and jacuzzi whenever you wish. Direct path leads you to the shore. With a fireplace by the lake you may enjoy a magical night. Located well and surrounded by multiple services. Semi-detached apartment

A small cozy room on the lake, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Spacious private terrace overlooking the lake allows you to enjoy the beautiful nature. The cottage is located in the Lossisaari Tourist Center, which offers a wide range of services: from dining in a restaurant to various types of leisure activities on the territory of the center and more!

Two floors of a separate building

With its own entrance, the end part of the garage building, which has been converted into a living space (approx. 30m2). Downstairs and upstairs are available for accommodation. NOTE: there is no private shower in the space! Washing facilities are available on the nearby beach or separately in our residential building. 1 km to Iso Kirja. 8 km to Keuruu. 26 km to Mänttä.
