This is Park Avenue. Our accommodation is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. . When I miss rest and need a break, when I miss the sea, it is an accommodation that combines the sound of the sea and the scent of the forest. Right behind the accommodation, in the 66,000-square-metre (20,000 pyeong) neighbourhood park, there are sports facilities (futsal, basketball, badminton, and table tennis courts) and coastal walking paths throughout, offering a rich natural environment for a relaxing break. Free parking is available in front of the accommodation building, and if there are no parking spaces, you can park on the roadside as well. This is village property, so there are no parking enforcement measures. . The accommodation is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV, a refrigerator, a front-loading washing machine, an induction stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, pots, frying pans, and various tableware. Ceiling-mounted air conditioners are installed in each room and in the living room.

It is a private villa resembling an art museum on a hillside with a good view of the sea. It is luxurious and stylish. It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing.
