In 2027: Heated swimming pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
