There are 3 independent apartments in this place, the pool is shared. We do not have parking inside the property but you can park outside. We're close to the sea! Beautiful villa in the quietest location, near the sea and the jungle, furnished, Wi-Fi with variable speed (due to the area in which it is located, the speed is not very fast), air conditioning in each room, Internet TV service (Roku), swimming pool, large gardens, garage for one car, equipped laundry room, and located on a private street on Playa de los Ayala, Nayarit. (Duplex condo, shared pool and gardens) *Very poor cell phone coverage in the town.

The studio bungalow with two private terraces and a bathroom has Wi-Fi, kitchen and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
