In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
