The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The apartment is located in the city centre, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. Washing machine available in the apartment. The additional laundry room is in the basement, accessible via the garden on the left side of the house - as seen from the garden.

Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Stängt måndagar. Nu semesterstängt till 4 augusti. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 L, which means about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
