I'm going to have a great stay at this place. Right next to the salmon river Lygna. Next to the main road. Snartemo train station is nearby. There is a small private beach by the river. To Nasjonalt Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 minutes by car. The zoo in Kristiansand is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away - perfect for family outings. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing licence.

Otherwise, the cabin consists of a small kitchen, toilet, one bedroom and loft with a double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outdoor area contains a large dining table, fireplace pan, and hammock. Below the cabin there is a lake where there are 8 canoes that one can borrow for free, as well as a lean-to with barbecue facilities.

Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. Parkering inni garasjen og foran garasjeport. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein rundt huset igjen ved inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.

Huset er lyst og trivelig Sveitserhus fra 1890 med balkong og gårdsplass. Gårdsplassen er felles sammen med 2 andre leiligheter. Komplett bad med dusj og boblebad. Stor stue med salong, og kjøkken med spisebord. Parkering på en offentlig parkering 100 meter fra huset. Huset er midt i Mandal sentrum med gåavstand til alle fasiliteter som butikker og uteliv.
