This is a private rental inn surrounded by the rich nature of the Iizuna Highlands. It was built in 1998, the year of the Nagano Olympics, at an altitude of 1200 m. The traditional wooden building, finished without a single nail, was completed by a renowned architect and a master carpenter. It is a calm space where you can feel the warmth of the craftsmanship. The strong yet delicate wooden frame, natural light through the shoji, and the shadows created by Isamu Noguchi's AKARI lighting create a beautiful fusion of tradition and modernity. The interior walls are made of Tosa plaster by artisans. You can have a comfortable stay regardless of the season, surrounded by the scent of cedar and cypress. The size is 195 ㎡. There are 4 Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats that can accommodate up to 10 people. This place is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty and tranquility of Japan. Iizuna Kogen, where you can enjoy the seasonal nature. Beautiful green summer, colorful autumn leaves, and winter with snow-covered scenery - you can feel a different charm every time you visit. From summer to early fall, the coolness unique to the highland at an altitude of 1,000 m is particularly noticeable. At night, the temperature drops sharply, making the tropical nights of the city seem like a lie, and you can spend a comfortable night with a blanket at hand. A newly built villa with a quiet 100-tsubo (1,500 m²) forest garden, available for rent as a whole. Honjuku was featured on TV shows such as Tabi Salad and Ariyoshi no Kabe. Why not spend a comfortable time in this spacious villa? It's a special space for rent as a whole, set in a lush forest. In the quiet living room, the fireplace spreads a pleasant warmth, and you can also enjoy NETFLIX with the latest Aladdin projector. For a relaxing time, we recommend warming your body from the core in the sauna, which can accommodate up to 7 people, and then cooling off in the outdoor Jacuzzi. From the large wooden deck terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the great outdoors. For a special experience, try outdoor dining with a gas BBQ grill (for a fee). Spending time chatting around a campfire or reading while looking out at the forest is also a luxury.

You can use the entire house studio with its sophisticated design, located at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. As you enter the front door, a spiral staircase appears before you. You can experience something out of the ordinary in a space furnished with masterpieces. Please feel free to use the spacious living area, the studio space, the rooftop bathroom, the wooden deck, and the garden with a stone oven. [Accommodation fee] This is the fee for the entire house. Up to 6 guests can stay for a flat rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, Airbnb usage fees, etc. [Pets allowed] Please be sure to let us know when you book. Bath The bath is located on the second floor, which is reached by climbing a spiral staircase equivalent to three floors. A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
