Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

The apartment was completed in May 2016. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.
