Several areas with both shade and sun. Outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Road access right up to the property. Only a few steps up. Washing water from the pump on the terrace and drinking water are carried up. Take an outdoor shower or enjoy a lovely bath in the fresh water right on the waterfront. You can fish for free, without a fishing licence. The images will differ slightly, as they are taken from the sales advertisement. But the furniture is the same.

The cottage has views to the sea and the Tønsbergfjord with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower (also by the jetty) and outdoor kitchen. One terrace faces south with a barbecue area and a view of the sea, the other faces west with a sunset view and the sea as well. The cabin is located at the top of Stigeråsen, but still in a sheltered location. 3 parking spaces. Stairs must be tolerated.
