Hermosa casa con excelente y estratégica ubicación, ideal para conocer las 3 zonas turísticas de Oaxaca caminando. Se encuentra ubicada en una de las áreas más seguras de la ciudad de Oaxaca, a tan solo 3 minutos en auto del Barrio de Jalatlaco (7 minutos caminando), 5 minutos en auto del centro histórico (12 minutos caminando) y 5 minutos en auto de Xochimilco (10 minutos caminando). La casa esta remodelada, es muy amplia y cuenta con un hermoso jardín y decoración inspirada en los magueyes.
