Ishiyama-cho, on the western of Otaru station. Access is a 6-minute drive from Otaru Canal. It overlooks Ishikari Bay in the distance, as well as Otaru Port. A fully renovated 45-year-old vacant house. We have added many windows to take advantage of the great location with no adjacent houses. There is a great view from every room. The skies are always impressive when viewed from the skylight. From the east-facing window, you can see the morning sun rising from the sea. It can accommodate up to 6 people, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay with family, relatives, and friends. You can see the fireworks of Otaru's biggest festival, the Shio Festival, up close from the terrace. Fast wifi available. Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the entrance. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book for the number of guests. Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Recommended for those who enjoy driving Next to HZHOUSE is MUSIC & BAR Zenraku, run by the host. (Open Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to midnight)

Guests experiencing snow for the first time and small children can enjoy themselves with peace of mind, such as by sledding on the small snow mountain that forms in the garden. All rooms have underfloor heating, so you can stay warm 24 hours a day. All rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, so you can stay cool and comfortable in the summer. There is a natural hot spring and a heated pool a 5-minute walk away. Nearby is a quiet residential area with tree-lined paths along the river and promenades surrounded by trees.
