The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

You can use the grill, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening and relax in the swimming pool ;)
