It is only 20 meters from the beach and a ten-minute walk from the Breña natural park. It is located on the ground floor of a small group of three-story apartments. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the ocean. This being a place where the continents meet, across the sea you can clearly see Morocco and the lights of Tangier.

In the upper part is the attic room, which is not very high (1.60 at the highest point). The terrace has a table and chairs, a terrace sofa, and two hammocks.
