Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in a double bed. As a rule, it is rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.

Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
