The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Nyd frokosten fra terrassen med havudsigt, og der er terrasser på alle husets sider - 2 overdækkede. Sæby havn er i gåafstand - kun 2 km. Kort afstand til både centrum/butikker, skov hvis I er til MTB eller gåture. Der er 2 SUP boards med våddragter og alt udstyr klar. Betaling for forbrug El, Vand, brænde, wifi er kr 200 pr uge.
