Quiet and cozy, it has 3 areas in a single space: a queen-size bed, a sofa with a TV (with Netflix and cable), a small kitchen with a medium-sized fridge, a small 2-burner electric induction stove, a microwave, an electric oven, an electric sandwich maker and a Nespresso coffee machine. Excellent view of the tree-lined neighbourhood with access to the garden. It is 400 m from the Vila Madalena metro station.
