Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Far out on Selaön just a few minutes from Lake Mälaren is our 70s house where we rent out part of the house. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the house and is completely separated from the rest of the house on the inside. A perfect place for a family with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and a TV. The house has direct views over the lake and is only a short walk from the swimming area. We use the other parts of the house as a vacation home.

The apartment is entirely private and self-contained.

New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 400 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This is a newly renovated one room apartment, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. It’s suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids (160 cm bed and two children (110 cm sofa bed). The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

En trappa upp finns vardagsrum, kök, sovdel med två enkelbäddar samt badrum med dusch. I köket finns kylskåp, spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kafffebryggare. Sängkläder, handdukar finns.

The calm in the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.
