Beautiful, centrally located riad. Situated two minutes from the Royal Palace and Avenue Mohammed V. 18th century building composed of three floors and terrace with 360º views. It has 5 en-suite bedrooms and 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opposite, Arab-style lounges, and a kitchen. It's a beautiful house inside the medina. On the ground floor, there is a central courtyard surrounded by an arched Arab-style lounge, a room with a 5-metre-high ceiling and its own bathroom, a powder room, a small sitting room, and a traditional fountain. On the first floor we have a room with bathroom in front and arab rooms around a balcony overlooking the central patio on the ground floor. On the second floor, we have four en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, and an Arabian-style living room that, like three of the bedrooms, opens onto a small terrace. And finally, on the third floor, there is a terrace offering beautiful views of Tetouan and its mountains. Mounir, and sometimes Maite as well, stay at the riad and can help with anything you need: where to go, where to exchange money, what to see in the medina, and so on. If not, we can also provide advice online. The most practical way to get around is by taxi, which is inexpensive. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Since it's a pedestrian-only, dead-end street, the only people who pass by are the residents. They are very friendly and willing to help. To get around the old medina or the centre of Tetouan on foot, as we are right in the heart of it. To go to the beach by taxi. It is possible to have someone available to assist guests throughout the day. Great for cooking, shopping, cleaning, or taking on outings. The price would be €10 or €15 per day, depending on the number of guests.

It is in the same building as the Impaca apartment, ideal for groups who want to stay close to each other.
