Welcome to a spacious home with panoramic views and excellent sunlight. Enjoy a peaceful setting and a wonderful view from the large veranda. On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of NOK 800 for the entire stay. The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal town centre, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city centre and Nidaros Cathedral. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Cabin by the lake

Enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally located place. The cabin is located right on the seafront just a few meters to the lake/boat/beach life. The famous Frostastien trail runs right outside the cabin area. The cabin is located on the upper row with a great view. If you wish to rent bed linen/towels, you must notify us in advance so that this can be arranged. This costs 250, - per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if you are interested.

Large bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. Bed linen supplied. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Washing machine in bathroom. Smart TV and wifi. In the street you park your car for free. It is 5 km to the city centre and 5 km to Granåsen, with very good bus connections and grocery stores nearby.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Gode bussforbindelser til sentrum på ca. 10 min. Gratis parkering på en liten offentlig parkeringsplass (ca. 10 plasser), ikke garantert ledig.

Vedovn gir lun hyttekos :) Innlagt vann til dusj og matlaging (drikkevann finnes på dunker) Skiløype rett bak hytta, fiskevann ca 10 min fottur unna. Kano og nintendo switch tilgjengelig. Det er ikke wifi, men bra dekning for 4g og 5g. Meget gode solforhold - sommer som vinter. Kullgrill finnes på terrassen og bålpanne for hyggelige kvelder står ved utsikten.
