IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, grouse, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Complimentary access to the games room with a pool table (stone slate) and air-hockey table. A camp with noise is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Our accommodation consists of an old AFE train car, restored with all amenities, to enjoy tranquility with a spectacular 360-degree view of the mountains.
