It was fully renovated in 2025, with a strong focus on natural materials and comfort. The chalet is located in a quiet, small-scale holiday park with a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a terrace. This park is completely surrounded by kilometres of forest.

This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Typical Dutch village Tricht lies in the country center- easy access to main cities by train. Amsterdam/The Hague/Rotterdam about one hour by train! Close to Den Bosch (15 min) & Utrecht (25 min). Excellent biking (bikes available!), hiking canoeing and swimming options. And after an active day relax in your private sauna :)

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

Relax and relax in this just refurbished cozy little water house. Take a dip in the swimming water or throw out your fishing rod. Shower down under the luxurious outdoor shower with hot & cold water. And then delicious BBQ. There is a small outdoor kitchen with hot & cold water. When the evenings are a little fresher, light the wood stove. Optionally, you can take a nice boat trip on the lake, we rent the boat with a powerful electric whisper motor.
