Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days at Lake Ossiach in a well-equipped and modern furnished apartment.

This cozy 1-room studio apartment with around 22 m² combines everything you need for a relaxing stay – open, light-flooded and charmingly designed. The room offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bed with TV, a dining area and a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower. The highlight is the approximately 15 m² private terrace with lounge furniture and dining area – a perfect place to enjoy the sun and get some fresh air.

For the true connoisseur, there is Apartment Die Küche – a nod to the delicious Austrian cuisine. In addition, this space used to be the kitchen of the staff house. Hundreds of meals have been prepared here for the castle's employees. We offer a cozy living kitchen, with small nods to kitchen utensils and on the walls is an ode to Austrian delicacies. The chalet is located centrally., with a short drive to top skiing areas including Nasfeld, Kranjska Gora and the Italian slopes.
