The Dove House at the Wandering Snail

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

"Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A haven of tranquility in the middle of a 3000 m2 property where our chickens roam freely (not visible in winter and in bad weather). We are located 400 metres from the Cistercian Abbey. You can rent electric bikes in Chablis for lovely rides in the countryside, the forest and the vineyards. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne for an additional fee.
