Here you live with the forest as the nearest neighbor and the nice beach. The cottage is in a quiet area, where most of the houses are summer houses. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Välkomna till vårt gästhus som vi kallar Brygghuset eftersom det låg just ett ett rött brygghus där på platsen innan vi byggde huset 2022. Det ligger lite enskilt i en stor lummig trädgård tillhörande Villa Solbacken, vår permanentbostad i Skogsdala, Kivik. Från huset är det gångavstånd till Kiviks hamn, strand och restauranger. Viktigt att notera är att huset har en brant trappa till loftet och inga grindar, alltså inte barnsäkert. I vårt boende städar gästerna själva och har med egna lakan

Välkommen till ett unikt boende! Endast 7 min bilväg från Höör, eller 40 min promenad genom skogen från tågstationen, finns detta charmiga hus anno 1914. Huset har öppen planlösning, 5 rum fördelat på 100 m2, braskamin, synliga bjälkar, lantkök och 2 sängar som är bäddade när ni kommer. Härlig skogstomt med växthus, vedbod och generösa uteplatser. Järnvägen går intill men tomten men har ingen annan trafik som stör. Upptäck Skånes vackra natur, eller häng bara kvar och njut av lugnet

Bara bäddsoffa ,150 cm bred.Egen infart och parkering. Tyst och skönt. Nära till Kivik ,havet ,och nationalparken. Jag bor också på gården. Min familj kommer på sommaren,så då är det lite liv . The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
